(writer room is in South Harlem - close to the A/D express train 125th) with a
very diverse group. Do you look at everyday situations and think...that would
make a great sketch? Do you think you are funnier than SNL? Do you have
improv/acting training and a portfolio of sketches? Do you have an HD camera
and lighting equipment? Do you really love to edit comedy for the web? Do
you play any instruments or know how to write a good parody song? Does Andy
Samberg
inspire you? Do you have a wealth of knowledge about Monty Python,
sci-fi, Kids in the Hall, The State, The Muppets and film noir? Do you read
a lot? Do you follow current events and pop culture like its the stock
market? If someone asked you, which family member do you hate the most and
what's the best way to exploit them in a sketch...would you talk about it?
Seriously, though, we want to find that individual who wants to write, act,
produce, film, edit, score, light and promote web-based sketch...not too
mention...we do four to five live shows a year. By September, we will have done
four live shows and done over a dozen films...that was in one year. Email
